After more than 22 years in Dubai, we relocated the family to New Zealand in early 2020. Being very new to Dubai I did not feel comfortable trying to buy a second hand car on my own. I heard of Paul from a colleague at work. I engaged Paul to help sell my car in May 2019 as I was relocating from Dubai. Paul was extremely communicative and made it very clear what the process would be. Once all was agreed, he came to my office and took photos to use for Dubizzle. I bought a 2014 Volvo XC60 from Paul and the whole experience was great. The car was generally in great shape and Paul did tell me about an oil leak from the underbody which we both though was a minor seal change job. The purchase process was totally hassle free. Immediately after purchase, I gave the car for service and the oil leak, unfortunately, turned out to be a relatively major issue with the transmission and was a high repair cost. Paul called me and enquired about the service after couple of days and I explained about the issue. To my surprise he willingly offered to pay back almost half of the bill, which he transferred after couple of days. This kind of service I have never experienced in my last 20 years in Dubai. All in all a great experience and I would certainly recommend Gemini if you really want to save your time looking around for used cars and at the same time to be 100% sure that you are not cheated.
